I also checked on Amazon (UK) and they have details for the professional version, and the upgrade, but no details of a Home & Student version. I asked on the live chat, and the operator said that he didn't know and I should keep checking the website.
Should I take this as strong evidence that there won't be a Home & Student version? Or am I simply being too impatient? Perhaps they never release Home & Student versions until some time after the professional version has been released. I also noticed in a CorelDraw email that I received this morning that a subscription (£14.95/month) is available - something which I didn't think Corel did (if I wanted a subscription I'd be sending my money Adobe's way). I notice though that Corel are not giving details out of a Home & Student option like they did for X7.
And given X8 was due to be released, have waited to see the details. After some research, CorelDraw seems a good package to buy. I decided a couple of weeks ago that I would like to learn vector art, as a hobby.
